Return Process

  Log into your HeroMart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
